EASI 2 channel extruded aluminium in 2400mm lths. Finished with powder coated paint or anodised.
Fixed to walls at max 800cts.
Butt Joins are doweled & earthed with two purpose made taered punched steel dowels.
Pre-made external corners & ends are available or alternatively corners may be mitre cut and doweled.
To avoid injury from sharp edges faceplates are not to be butt joined at external corners.
Pre-made corners are to be used. Internal corners are butt joined.
Outlet Assembly
All outlets are mounted in the centre of the duct using the outlet mounting box which fits into the backplate after a 100mm section of the dividing channel has been removed by simply cutting with snips and snapping off in the pre-groved location. All standard power & data outlets can be used by screwing to outlet mounting box.Fit the pre-punched lids over the outlets.
Electrical earth and all appropriate requirements of Australian wiring rules and Australian standards must be met and provieded for by electrical contractor. Double insulated cable must be used or lids must be screw fixed.
